Prototyping Services
We operate a professionally equipped workshop with a wide range of tools and machines which allow us to fabricate prototypes quickly, including working with metals, plastics, woods and more.
Our focus is on having the skills, tools, and experience to support any prototype. Over many years we have also built a network of trusted suppliers who complement our capabilities, enabling us to build almost anything.

3D Printing
We own a variety of 3D printing machines. These are capable of making plastic components in a range of qualities and materials for both aesthetic and functional models.
Polyjet: High quality parts in a variety of materials to replicate clear, flexible, or production grade plastics.
SLA: Small, high quality, and medium cost parts perfect for visual models.
FDM: Quick and cheap part production with a lower quality finish, well suited to development models.
CNC Routing
We run a computer-controlled machine which cuts both 2D and 3D custom forms with high precision in a range of materials including:
Aluminium.
Brass.
Plastics, such as acrylic.
Solid Woods.
Fabricated boards, such as plywood.
Metal Fabrication
We operate a number of tools for processing sheet metals, allowing us to construct parts which are highly representative of final production components.
Bending.
Cutting.
Welding.
Riveting.
Manual Machining
Our workshop includes machinery for producing and modifying components in almost any material.
Lathe (rotary turned components).
Table saw.
Mitre saw.
Scroll saw.
Drill press.
Sanding station.
Pneumatic equipment.
Finishing
Once we have parts in our hands it is often necessary to apply a surface finish. We are able to undertake some common processes in-house.
Vibration polishing.
Sand / bead blasting.
Wet paint spray booth.
Water jet blasting.
And more…
Our workshop is continuously growing to accommodate new projects. As such we have a wealth of hand tools and specialist equipment alongside:
Vacuum forming.
Vacuum casting.
Basic electronics fabrication.
Arduino prototyping.
